Portal Disturbance
Portals can be claimed but must stay accessible to all players
Punishment Length
Min Length: Warning
Max Length: Removal of Claim
Respecting Boundaries
No claiming within 2 chunks of another claim unless agreed by landowners

PvP Bypass
This entails bypassing a player's PvP Toggle to harm or kill them while they are in passive mode

Min Length: Warning
Max Length: 1 Hour Ban
TP Trapping
Do not teleport players into traps or unsafe areas

Min Length: Warning
Max Length: 12 Hour Ban
Account Limits
Limits players to a maximum of 2 alternate accounts on the server

Max Length: Perm Ban
Inappropriate Builds or Lands
Structures or Lands that are explicit, offensive, or of an inappropriate nature
Punishment Length
Min Length: 1 Hour Ban
Max Length: 1 Day Ban
Insiding
Players may not betray, steal from, or sabotage within their own team
Punishment Length
Min Length: 12 Hour Ban
Max Length: 10 Day Ban
Management Decision
Any action or event that needs senior authority to issue action on
